Braking Tracks (BMK)

As part of the planned renovation measures, the track damages of lanes 1 and 3 on the Braking Tracks (BMK) have been repaired in week 42/43.
This work is now completed and therefore the track are available again as planned since 24.10.2020.

However, the past weeks have not only been used for track repairs but also to install a separate reverse lane next to lane 8.

In order to ensure the long-term operation of the different lanes, we would like to provide you with important information regarding the use of the BMK with the completion of this construction work:

• Vehicles with an actual weight of more than 7.5t may only use the lanes 1,3 and 5 to a limited extend in order to avoid damage.
• All planned projects on the BMK with vehicles with an actual weight of more than 7.5t are supervised by our test and safety coordinator.
