Information about restrictions for testing activities during renovation work at the proving ground of ATP from end of week 20/2021
In order to complete the construction measures on the High Speed Oval, final renovation work is necessary.
Since these measures may affect your test activities, we would like to inform you about the current planning:
From Friday, 21.05.2021 to approx. Sunday, 06.06.2021 we will first renovate the south curve and afterwards the north curve.
In each section, only one curve is speed-reduced, while the other remains fully available.
It is necessary to close the ORK several times in order to set up and dismantle the construction sites.
In order to keep the inconvenience as low as possible, renovation work will also be carried out on public holidays and over the weekend.
Traffic routing of the respective partial closure will be carried out via lane 6, on which a speed of max. 60 km/h applies in the respective closed area.
In each section, only one curve is speed-reduced, while the other remains fully available.
We would like to point out, however, that weather-related time shifts are possible at any time. Should changes occur at short notice, we will inform you immediately. Please refer to the customer information system (KIS) and the daily driving instructions.
Should you have any questions or require additional information, please contact our test and safety coordinator Jan Assies, phone: +49 4961 975-387.
