Which driving authorizations are accepted?
Among others we recognise licences like proving ground driving license C, T1-training, racing licences. For further questions please contact Mr Bergmann.
What is the timetable for the orientation tours?
The times for the tours are as follows: Mon - Wed: 08:00 a.m.; 10:00 a.m. (English if required); 01:30 p.m. and 03:30 p.m; Thu - Fri: 10:00 a.m. (English if required) and 01:30 p.m. No prior registration is necessary. Please contact the Dispatcher at the requested time.
What does a briefing/refreshment cover?
To be able to drive on the tracks each driver needs a briefing. This consists of an theoretical part which has to be carried out online and of the orientation tour. You will receive the link and your ID for the online training together with your order confirmation. Regarding the refreshment you only have to pass the theoretical part again.
What is the ATP-ID and where do I get it?
By entering our proving ground for the first time you will receive your personal ID-card with a number at the bottom left. This is your ATP-ID. In addition, our Customer Service will send you your ATP-ID with the order confirmation.
Where do I find the customer information system data?
You might use the screens in the workshops and the corridors. Alternatively, you can request an online access for the time of your stay together with your registration or at Customer Service. This allows you to use the customer information system on your device.
