Workshop service
Our workshop service team provides you with skilled mechanics, technicians and engineers - 7 days a week and 24 hours per day (on request). Furthermore, a fully equipped machine shop is available for engineering projects and instrumentation. Manufacturing or repair of parts according to samples or drawings is available on request as well.
The machine-shop is equipped with:
- Universal lathe
- Drilling machine with automatic feed
- Universal milling machine
- Welding equipment MIG/MAG and TIG
- Belt grinder
- Metal circular saw
- Metal bending bench, width 1,200 mm
The workshop is equipped with:
- 3.5 t / 6.5 t hoists
- Four portable truck wheel lifts
- Tire workshop with mounting equipment and wheel balancing machine
- Portable corner weight scale systems up to 500 kg wheel load
- Portable corner weight scale system up to 10,000 kg wheel load (calibrated according to DAkkS Accredition Regulations)
- Various standard tools
A number of fully equipped hand and power tool chests are available on request.
